1. Returns

Due to the nature of healthcare and personal wellness products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used items to maintain hygiene and safety standards.

However, returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product received is defective

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Proof such as photos or videos of the issue may be required


2. How to Request a Return

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

3. Refunds

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed after we verify the returned item.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Processing time:

  • Refund initiation: 2–5 business days

  • Bank processing time: 5–7 business days


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery
